Integrating a QA platform – Assembled

Assembled is now allowing customers to pull in their QA data. This will work hand in hand with the Agent Scorecard, allowing you to have more information on your agent’s overall performance and adherence. This feature is a part of Assembled's Pro and Enterprise plan. Please see our Plans page for additional details about our Assembled plans and associated features, and please contact the Assembled team at support@assembled.com if you’re interested in using this!

Upon connecting your QA platform, you’ll also start seeing the data for each of your agents automatically populating in the Agent Scorecard.

What do we use the data for?

• For now, we are using the QA data to complement the Agent Scorecard report. This data is purely cosmetic, acting as a visual aid, and is not driving any metric based reporting in Assembled.

Troubleshooting Common Issues:

• API Authentication Errors: Double-check the API key and ensure it has the necessary permissions.
• Data Discrepancies: Review the data mapping settings to ensure all fields are correctly aligned.
• Synchronization Delays: Verify the synchronization schedule and adjust if necessary to meet your reporting needs.

Security Measures:

• Ensure that all data exchanged between Assembled and your QA platform is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
• Regularly update API keys and review access permissions to maintain security.
