The Assembled App for Zendesk makes individual and team schedules directly visible in Zendesk!

The Assembled app also helps agents stay on track through real-time updates on changes to their schedule as well as reminders for upcoming events.

_Please note: you will need to install it from the Zendesk Admin Center once you integrate the platform within Assembled. You can find more information on installation_ [_here._](https://support.assembled.com/hc/en-us/articles/4414677291277-Installing-the-Assembled-App-for-Zendesk)

## Using the Assembled App for Zendesk

You’ll find the Assembled app in the top navigation bar and ticket sidebar of Zendesk. If you have other Zendesk apps installed, the specific order of the apps will depend on how your admin has set them up

If you are already signed in to Assembled in another tab, you should automatically see your schedule in the Assembled App in Zendesk.

If you are not already logged in, you will see a sign-in button when you first open the Assembled App in Zendesk.

If your company uses [Assembled's AI Copilot](/content/features/ai-copilot/index.html), you will see your personal Copilot in the sidebar instead of your schedule. The Assembled button in the top navigation bar can still be used to view your schedule.

## Benefits of the Assembled App for Zendesk

- Adding the Assembled App to Zendesk allows agents to quickly view their schedule and get notified of changes.
- For team leads and managers, adding the Assembled App also allows for more accurate agent state tracking.
  - _Important: Make sure only one tab of Zendesk is open at a time for accurate tracking._
- If you use our [AI Copilot](/content/features/ai-copilot/index.html), the Assembled App in Zendesk is also how agents will access their personal Copilot.

## Common sign-in issues

If you're having issues signing in (sign-in button doesn't go anywhere, login from a different tab not carrying over to Zendesk, etc.) - it may be related to your browser settings.
